Can I purchase a license outside of the Envato marketplace?

Yes, for Pro theme but not with X theme.

For X:

Licenses can only be purchased in Envato. Other marketplace re-distributing or re-selling our license is strictly not our own, not legitimate, and must not be followed upon.
