Purchase code doesn't work

Hi,

I had to re-download the X theme on my wordpress site. Now it’s asking me for a purchase code, I’m trying the one that I got, but it still doesn’t work. It says : “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”

I don’t know what to do. I can’t work on my website because I can’t install the theme properly and I can’t use Cornerstone.

Hi Stephanie,

The error you are getting when you are trying to validate your installation is usually caused by having only Cornerstone activated on your site and trying to validate it with an X license.

If you are trying to validate here:

Then you will have to install and double check that X is the activated theme on your site and you should be able to validate in X > Validation.
