Pulsing logo on edit pages only after update - Cornerstone & X

I have migrated server & updated X theme to versions X 6.15 & Cornerstone 3.16
Everything looks fine from the public side, only X theme related areas are broken on the admin side.

I cant seem to get the cornerstone interface to fully load, it allows me to see the navigation plane on the left but the actual content editor seems to show the pulsing logo only. This goes on indefinitely. The X theme area also does the same.

I have tried to remove plugins that will affect X Theme without success, tried numerous browsers and edited the htaccess files temporarily without luck.

Suggestions /help documents for this issue, even log files would help greatly!

Hi AC,

Thanks for writing in! If you have updated recently, you need to check few things first.

Head over to X -> Settings section and hit the “clear style cache” button on the bottom of the screen.

If you’re using a caching plugin, make sure to purge your server cache and also make sure to disable any CSS/Javascript autominifications.

If you’re using a service like CloudFlare, you need to clear it’s cache by login into their account. Makes sure to disable it’s CSS/Javascript autominification options by head over to the Speed tab.

Also make sure to clear your browser cache before testing your site again.

If you’re still having any issues, provide us with your login credentials in a secure note to check your issues.
