Is it possible to create a looper that pulls user data for a certain user role?
I can do it when I’m wanting to display posts by choosing ‘post-type=post’, but essentially Id like to display user information unrelated to specific posts. To create a member directory.
Eg. Id like to pull user display name, user emails, and user bio/description information.

Regretfully, currently, there is no option to show all the authors as you are expecting. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization. You can also go through the following article and plugin from the WordPress repository which may help you.

I will check out these resources, and perhaps request that such a functionality be added in a future release!
All the dynamic loopers and layouts are fantastic, and being able to pull through users would be so so good.
