I have a client that is trying to upload publisher files (.pub) (their bulletins) to their site, but I couldn’t get them to work. Do they need to just be pdf files or is there something else?

Thank you for writing in, .pub is not a standard web file, you need to convert that to HTML, this article might help.
If instead, you want to create a downloadable or printable document that people can access, then save the publisher file as a pdf instead and then upload that to the website so that people can click on the link and open the pdf.
