Published pages not found

Hi there.

All pages are created and published. The My Account page is showing as it should. But the procurement cart and checkout page are showing 404.

In the Cornerstone backend you get the hint that something is wrong because on those two pages the layout is mixed up - on contrary to all other pages.

I have done the usual stuff concerning update, plugins and css. Can you please help me with a hint?

Hey @nblund,

Thanks for writing in! This kind of problem can also be caused by either a conflict with a custom coding or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Make sure to switch the theme to the parent theme (Pro theme)
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you already tested for a plugin conflict, please give us permission to temporarily deactivate them as well so we can check it for ourselves.

I already did disable plugins and have no child theme.
You are welcome to deactivate them in order to check.

Hey @nblund,

I’ve tested using the default WordPress theme and the cart and checkout page is are showing or returning 404.

This is not a theme issue but rather an issue most probaby caused by one of the 3rd party plugins and/or URL setup.

If those pages return 404, they will have a problem displaying in the builder. Please fix the 404 issue first which is not caused by the theme.
