Protected page with password its not openning

Hello,
I dont know whats happening with pages that are protect they are not opening…
they only open if i’m logged in the wp-admin

please need feedback asap

Hi Jujiz,

The given URL is accessible from multiple locations in different parts of the World, it seems that the issue might be with your end. Browser cache can be a probable cause of this, can you please check once by clearing your browser cache. I would also suggest you troubleshoot it by disabling the password once and enable it again to check.

If that does not help, please let me know the device and the operating system you use to view this URL, it helps us to diagnose the issue at our end.

I guess you are the only ones that can open it. Please logout any wordpress accounts try in incognito mode

clear browse history, cache. Purche cloudflare cache. Changed browser, test with a different person. change password and turn private again… I dont know… NOTE that the password works when I’m Logged In at wordpress…

This quite weird that it happens at your end, whereas I have tested the site with my other colleagues from different parts of the World. And they didn’t get the issue you specified.
All of us tested it with the page password you have given and without logged in WordPress.
To investigate it more, can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– Specific Page URL, where you are having the issue. [ If it is different than what you have given earlier ]
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

There’s nothing wrong with the page and we can’t replicate the issue on our end. Please try to access the protected page with another computer and another connection and let see if the issue still persists on your end.
