Protected content not showing

I have a protected page on my website www.chargd-ev.com/techs that is only supposed to show when the password is inputted. Well, I created a separate user in the users section fo WordPress but for some reason, it won’t load the content when the username and password are inputted. It just flickers and the fields go blank and it asks for the credentials again. the content only shows when I log in with the Administrator username and password which I don’t want to give out because that would give full access to the website backend.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Hector,

The Protect shortcode is meant to be used for a simple text or small information and not complicated usage like yours, and also it only supports the administrator role.

You need to find an alternative way to implement the feature you want. You can use the built-in WordPress password-protected feature, or use a third-party plugin.
