Projects not displaying images

Hi.

Our gallery section in posts has disappeared. It looks as if cornerstone isn’t bring Envia Gallery across. Can you please advise?

Hello Conor,

You have added this code in the global CSS that is hiding the feature image:

.single-post .entry-featured, .single-post .entry-header {
    display: none;
}

Once you remove the code, your featured image should show up.

Hello Jade.

I am not looking to show the feature image. There should be an Envira Gallery on the right hand side of the text? It is not appearing?

This is the case for all my project pages. They used to display, now they have stopped. It used to look like the attached. I can’t get all the images to load on way back machine

I have checked your site further and you are using an incompatible version of X and Cornerstone:

Please make sure to update both to the latest version so avoid issues.

Hi Jade.

I have now updated this. Can you check if I have completed the update correctly? The Envira Gallery is still not displaying on the project pages. It is saying on my dashboard to enter an Envira Gallery Key to updated. would this effect it? I have tested the Envira Gallery on a normal “Page” and it will not display either!

When I first purchased the theme EnviraGallery was free with the x theme, do I have to pay for updates now? I also can’t access my project pages on X theme? Can you advise as this is urgent.

It seems that there is no images in my Envira Galleries now?

Hey Conor,

Thank you for the detailed write-up. I checked your setup and your theme is updated successfully. Cornerstone was disabled for your Posts that’s why the posts were not editable in Cornerstone. I went ahead and enabled Cornerstone for you via X > Settings > General

Now you can edit your posts in Cornerstone. I also checked the gallery issue on the post you shared, I believe it’s the gallery you created has some problems because when i changed the gallery it showed fine. You probably need to re-create your gallery and assign it again to the post (see https://theme.co/docs/envira-gallery).

Regarding the activation, please be advised that you do not need to register Envira Gallery extension since this is a bundled plugin. We will be the ones who will be providing the updates of this plugin so you can simply ignore the notice.

there is no need to register your license for Envira Gallery. If you happen to see a notification in your WordPress admin panel asking you to register Envira Gallery upon activation, simply dismiss this notice.
