Products by Category Limited Rows

Hi,
Within my shop pages, I am unable to have more than 6 rows of product. The online shop allows for more than 6 rows and displays all the continuing pages on the bottom. However, when I click on a page by category, only 6 rows of product show and there is no option to continue through to see the rest of the product. Below is an screenshot of the category page. I was told to fix this in Theme>appearance>woocommerce>Customize>products but did not see an option. How can I get the category pages to show all of the products in them?

Hello Andie,

Thanks for writing in!

Please go to X > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop and change the number of product posts per page from 12 to 18 or 24. This should allows you to increase the number of rows displayed in your shop page.

By the way, Please be advised that we have released X 7.2.3 and Cornerstone 4.2.3. It is now available in automatic updates. You can now update to this latest version. This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hello, I have updated X theme, Cornerstone, and WooCommerce, as well as followed your steps to add more product. I am still not seeing any options at the bottom of the page to click to the next page of product. Is there any way to fix this?

You’re using WooCommerce Blocks and our Theme Options don’t apply to it. We’re not familiar with the usage of the WooCommerce Blocks so the right people that could help you with this is the WooCommerce Support team. Please report this particular issue to them.
