Production vs Staging

I installed x theme on a site that I was using for “development” of a website. I’d like to now migrate from that development site to the primary site. I wasn’t aware of the Production vs staging option when I first setup the site. I tried now to set the development site to “staging” and the target/primary site as the production site. I get a message saying the site validation for the license has been updated, but when I try to enter the license info on the production site, I get the error message saying the license is already being used on another site. Any tips on how to resolve would be much appreciated!

Thanks for writing in.

Revoke your site license again.

your.url/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home

Then re validate your setup again.

Thanks! The price is right so my colleague just went and purchased another license code before I had a chance to do the revoke and reapply! Will save this solution for the next time! Many thanks for your help!
