Product validation with PRO

Hello there,

I am using PRO with the unlimited version. I try to add a new website with my key as usual but this one keeps telling me that i need to validate it, even after the success message is showed. I can see my website on the theme.co page aswell.

Is this a known issue ?

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you delete the website in your Pro Unlimited License and then try to re-validate your website again. If you are still unable to validate it, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Hello There Marc,

I tried again and it is still not working.
I will give you the credentials once the website is “live” as we are still working on a pre-production website and i fear i will have to re-validate it anyway when we change the URL.
