Product Validation Not Successful

Upon trying to validate my purchase in the Wordpress dashboard (X Add ons > Product Validation), I receive the message “Could not establish connection…”

May I know what I could be doing wrong? Would really appreciate your advice on this, thank you!

The error states it’s a connection issue. Please first try the solutions suggested in our Troubleshooting - Validation Connection Issues.

I also notices you said X Add ons > Product Validation. It looks like you’re using an old version. That could also cause validation issues. Please update X and Cornerstone to the latest version first. To avoid update issues, please follow the Best Practices in Updating Your Themes and Plugins .
