Has anyone ever built out a slide that uses images for nav instead of dots/arrows? We are not selling on the site, so woocommerce is not installed(and we do not want to install it). We just ned to create a product type slider, I am trying to recreate this…
Hello @uxmediahouse,
Thanks for writing to us.
I would suggest importing the Design Cloud template called “Slider Thumbnail Gallery 01 for the thumbnail slider. Please have a look at the screenshot below.
Thanks
awesome! i need to explore that more. I was looking in MAX.
Thanks!
I have modified this, one more question. Its using Looper Provider. is there a way to make the Provider images in the WP Media Gallery? Or even a directory?
Hello @uxmediahouse,
- Go to the Slider Thumbnail Gallery
- Go to the Customize tab
- Set the Looper provider as JSON
- In the Content field, add your JSON data like this:
JSON
[
{
"image": "https://pro.dev/img.jpg"
},
{
"image": "https://pro.dev/img1.jpg"
},
{
"image": "https://pro.dev/img2.jpg"
}
]
- Select the Slide element > Customize tab > Enable Looper Consumer .
- Inside the Slide element, DIV element background Image .
- For the Image Source field, use:
{{dc:looper:field key="image"}}
Replace the sample URLs with your actual media image URLs.
Hope it helps
Thanks
