Product text disappears on specific products

Hello there,

We have a weird problem with Woocommerce where the description is not showing on a post:

I created a duplicate of an entry that displays 100% and the description shows ok:

https://wholesale.noblecollection.co.uk/product/harry-potter/description-test-2/ - this is a duplicate of this: https://wholesale.noblecollection.co.uk/product/harry-potter/pufflums-the-monster-book-of-monsters/

The problem originally appeared on this post, but the description began displaying when I lengthened the title, which does not make sense: https://wholesale.noblecollection.co.uk/product/harry-potter/platform-9¾-keychain/

Have you any idea what may be causing this?

Hello @LHDPro,

Thanks for writing to us.

I noticed that the product’s short description is not appearing because it hasn’t been added in the backend. After checking your settings, I found that you’ve entered the content in the main Product Description field. This field’s content doesn’t display next to the product image.

To have the text appear in that position, please add your content to the Product Short Description box in the product settings. Once updated, it should display correctly next to the product image
