Product Tabs disappeared in Woo Commerce

We’ve just updated www.vitstix.com (X Theme and Woo Commerce) and the product tabs on the product pages have disappeared. https://www.vitstix.com/product/vit-stix-and-bottle/).

They are visible but they no longer drop down. We have them selected as “on” on the customise section but they are not showing.

Any support would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks. It seems that when I’m logged in they do not show. But when I go incognito or view on another device they are showing.

Hi there,

You have active cache, there is an option for caching for logged in users. Hence, you’ll be seeing it differently. Please disable your cache plugin first and test it, just to confirm it. But make sure clearing your browser cache before testing it, server-side cache is different from the browser cache.
