Product Pagination on product archive layout goes to new page, but repeats same products

I am using the layout builder for my products archive page, and at the bottom I have added the Product Pagination. I set the whole section to be the looper provider, posts per page are set to 12 in looper provider query and also in Theme Options > Woocommerce. However, when viewing the page, the pagination says it goes to /products/page/2 in the URL but it only repeats the same 12 products as the first page.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for writing in! To get your issue resolved, please remove your Looper Provider in your layout. Use only the Looper Consumer. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your Layout and Looper settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
