5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you have already troubleshoot all the points mentioned in previous comment, I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

You are using WPEngine and Cloudflare. It seems that you have a caching issues. Please check out this documentation instead:
You may need to log in to your Cloudflare account and purge your site cache.

thanks- cleared all caches on CF and Cornerstone and the problem still exists.

After careful investigation, I found out that the issue happens because you have added this custom CSS code:
.woocommerce-product-gallery .flex-control-nav.flex-control-thumbs img {
height: auto;
}
Please set the height to any value or remove it completely.
