Hi,
Thanks for your answer. I’ve installed the child theme. Where can I find the child theme’s functions.php file?
I think I did somthing wrong, it doesn’t work. See attachment.

Hi Carla,

We asked for the details in a specific order in the other thread that you opened up. Unfortunately the information you provided again is not accurate or at least I could not access.

We need both WP Admin and FTP information so that we can test the code and see the result

Hey Carla,

Thanks for updating the credentials. Upon checking, you didn’t activate the child theme so the code you added won’t work.

Activating the child theme activated the VC Product License tab.
