at the moment when you click on an item in my shop - ( using mobile or tablet ) . . it brings up no image and the description etc… is fine . . ( only if you click the white screen will it show the image - enlarged ) - but then u still have to close the window and continue -
i would like to see the product image - ( as per the normal computer view shows) - thanks - andrwe
hi please ignore . . sorry to waste your time . . i deactivated the w3total cashe settings and re set them up - and purged cashes and it fixed ( boqq ) - ??
i dont know why - but it worked and fixed the issue
Glad you’ve sorted it out. Caches always needs to be cleared each time you make changes to your site.
