The thumbnail for the products on my website load fine, but when I click the specific link to the product individually, there is no image showing. If you hover over where the image should be and click, an enlarged photo does appear. How can I make it so the photos can be viewed when someone clicks into a product?
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If the issue persists, please make sure that you have updated both X and Cornerstone to the latest version the clear your site’s cache.
