Product gallery missing after update

Hello,

We just updated to the latest version of the Pro theme and the product gallery is missing on the product pages. You can see an example here: https://cygalartdeco.com/product/ziricote-desk-2/

There are 2 images in the product gallery that used to show but that whole section is missing now. Please advise on how we can fix this.

To help you with your concerns we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

Hello Catrine,

I have logged in and inspected your “product page” single layout. I do not see any Product Gallery.

Kindly edit your layout and insert the prefab Woo Product Gallery element.

Thank you! I replaced the product image with the product gallery and the thumbnails appear now but they are very small. How can we make them larger?

Thanks, Ruenel! I was able to increase the size of the thumbnails with the code you provided. Is it possible to have them displayed vertically to the right of the main product image and to the left of the description (i.e. in between the main product image and description)?

Yes, that can be done by using the custom CSS code. As that is beyond the scope of our Theme Support, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you with the customization, or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
