Hi there,
I am trying to use the product gallery element on one of my sites, but every time I try to load it into a column, the entire section shrinks and the builder shows it’s there but it’s as though its 0 width and 0 height rendering it effectively invisible.
I’ve poured through the settings to change size or just try to make it appear in general and it just won’t. I cannot see any product gallery even in the builder.
Please could you help me out, thanks!

It seems the issue here is browser cache or script conflict. Please perform the following troubleshooting steps:
Testing For Plugin Conflict
Child Theme
Css/Js Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

I used Site Health, a troubleshooting plugin to run a troubleshoot mode where plugins and the theme were deactivated to see if it was a plugin conflict which it was not. I also temporarily deleted all CSS and JS but it had no bearing on the element.
However I have now run in to a new issue, the site is not functioning properly since I ran the troubleshoot mode, as if it is stuck in that mode where plugins are deactivated / theme not working correctly. I know it’s a long shot but is there any chance you could take a look and see what could be causing the issue?
I will add login credentials for you if you’d like to take a look.

The Product Gallery is a WooCommerce Element that needs to be used in the Layout Builder when creating a WooCommerce Single Layout. If you fire up Pro and create a new “WC Single” Layout then assign it to all your Products, you can use one of the Product starter templates and see how the example layout works. In your case, I don’t see that you created a custom layout for your WooCommerce Single page.
On the other hand, your website is just running fine with no issue at all, please let us know if you are still experiencing it and providing a screenshot is a big help.

We have created the layout and assigned to all products but the product gallery is still having the same issue.
We managed to get the website working, thanks! Thank goodness for backups!

We found another plugin to use a product gallery, could you help us with the product image sizes in woocommerce?
I contacted their support and they said the issue could be due to the theme overriding woocommerce settings, so we are getting product images that are not cropped correctly in the shop.
You can see how some crop perfectly while others do not, could this be something to do with theme settings?

All the images are cropped properly into the same size. But a few of the images are consist of the white spaces within it, and that looks like a smaller image on white background. Please find an image below.
