Product Filter is not working

Hello, I’m using one plugin for filtering the woocommerce products on our site. The plugin is - https://wptools.io/wc-ajax-product-filter/
I’m using this plugin’s free version all the things are but when I filter the data it just loads or shows that it is refining the content but in the end I didn’t get any result according to the filter criteria. Please help me with this issue. If the theme is causing any barrier to the filtering. Or you can suggest any other plugin that will be the best to go with the themeco PRO theme. I just need Ajax product filter.

Regretfully we have not tested such plugins on our end. I would suggest you please contact the plugin author to make it compatible with the X/Pro theme and fix their issue or you may search for the plugin in the WordPress plugin repository. Please note that we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the theme support scope.
