Hi there,

My IT guy bought 3 codes, however 2 of them are on his account. He left to Ukraine and is hardly reachable. How can I get them on my account?

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend leaving him a message about unlocking the licenses from his account. Then once unlocked, you can then register those license to your account transferring it.

Did he buy it too from Themeforest using his account?
