Product Code Validation not possible

Hi there,

I tried to validate my Cornerstone license, but when I hit enter I get a blank screen ((http://<>/wp-admin/admin.php?) and nothing happens.

The debug log shows no entires.

Can you help validate my license please?

Hi Kathrin,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked by entering the license key and found the problem. It seems that a few files for validating the license are missing, which shows a JavaScript error in the console.

I would suggest you, deactivate and delete the Cornerstone once and upload it by downloading it from your Themeco Account and check if that resolves your problem.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
