Hi there,
As you may know the shortcode you are talking about is one of default shortcodes of the Woocommerce plugin and it is not coded by us:
We as a theme only are responsible for the view of that shortcode and not a function of it. Would you please kindly change the theme of your website from X to something else and check the result? If you still see the issue you will need to contact Woocommerce support to follow up the case:
Thank you.
