I can’t seem to delete the “Product Additional Information” element.

I’ve granted all the necessary permissions for the elements, including the Content Area… I’ve cleared the caches, but I still can’t delete it.

I can’t find the page where you have that inaccessible element. Please share the exact URL.

Meanwhile, can you try duplicating your page and see if you can delete the element in the duplicated page.

For corrupt elements issue, it would be best that you rebuild the page. Cornerstone’s Copy & Paste feature will greatly help you if you rebuild your page.

This is one of the legacy prefab elements. You can delete the Column and replicate it by adding a new Column element and a Raw Content element where you can insert this dynamic content:
