Product add to chart button is missing

I have trouble in regard to the add to chart button of products are missing,
do you have any clue?

Hi There,

Can you pease send your website URL to check what could be the issue. The website assign to your license seems in under-construction mode. If that is the website please send the login details in a secure note so that we can have a look.

yes i intentionally put it on underconstruction mode. turn out that boxes was the product image, as soon as i put product image, the button shows up. but that [vc_Row][vc_column] is still there.

im sorry i cant give the site credentials.

Hello There,

Your shop page should not have any contents and it should not be edited with Cornerstone or the WP editor.

Just make sure that you have assigned the Shop page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Pages and WooCommerce will automatically populate the page with the product items.

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
