Proceed to Checkout button non-responsive on Safari mobile

I have two issues going on right now:

  1. On Safari mobile, the Proceed to Checkout button is there but can’t be clicked
  2. On Safari the site has cache issues possible but it persistently shows a Cart is Empty prompt unless you’re intuitive enough to clear your browsing history and then it functions.

I searched forum topics first and tried a couple CSS fixes that didn’t work before posting!

Here is the response from Woocommerce (we are using premium woo extension Subscriptions as well)

Hey there,

Thanks for contacting WooCommerce Support!

On mobile in Safari the Proceed to Checkout button is disabled

This is because there is an invisible layer of CSS that causing the button to be disabled. This is something that’s theme related and not WooCommerce related. This will need to be fixed in your theme.

Your theme developer will be able to help you out. I’d recommend reaching out to them for assistance. Cheers!

Hello John,

Thanks for writing in!

I have inspected your site and when I go to the cart or checkout page, there is an error 503 which is also happening with the cart ajax script. This could be related to your server settings. Please check out this links:
