I am trying to fix a site that was created with custom Child Theme of the X Theme. I am trying to update the X Theme, and just bought a new license, but the WordPress Dashboard > X > Overview page looks… very odd. And the license will not validate. I’ve attached a screenshot of the Overview page.
Any help in navigating this problem will be greatly appreciated!

The usual cause of that outdated WordPress version. Please ensure that everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/how-to-update for more details.
If updating WordPress doesn’t help, please first do the rest of the basic troubleshooting procedures mentioned in our Common Issues article here: https://theme.co/docs/common-issues

I tried everything from the links you sent, and nothing seems to work. Please log in, and take a look. I just want to validate the ‘X’ theme, and then update the ‘X’ theme and several other plug-ins. I have deactivate ALL plug-ins except for Cornerstone. Here is the login info. I do not currently have FTP credentials. I will look into that. For now, please take a look at the site using the Admin level credentials in the secure note.
Any help is appreciated - the site has a long list of things I need to fix, but I will not be able to fix anything if the site license can’t even validate properly.

I have logged in to your site. This issue is because you have an unsupported Cornerstone version while using X theme 5.2.5. I have deactivated Cornerstone and deleted it. I went to X > Validation to automatically install the bundled Cornerstone version. The issue is resolved already. You can now proceed to validate your site (which I already did). The last thing you need is to update the X theme and other plugins on your site.
