Problems with Ubermenu

I’ve got the ubermenu on a site I’m developing at the moment (https://devonfish.newwebsitepreview.co.uk/), it’s fine on the desktop, but I’m struggling with the mobile view. It’s 8 cols on desktop and I want it to be 2 cols on mobile, but it’s currently one. Not all the menu items are currently displaying on each sub menu on the mobile, but I think this problem will be sorted when they become 2 cols. Also I want the mobile item alignment to be centred, is there a way of doing this globally without going through each sub-menu item?
