Problems with the integration with Simple Podcast press

Hola. I write because, recently, I installed the SIMPLE PODCAST PRESS pluguin and I have problems. The developer of the plugin has commented on the following:

-"I’ve tested your Anchor podcast feed to our test site and there are no issues, all the episodes were imported to the site. I have a hunch its an issue on the theme you are using. Maybe can you contact your theme support and have them check what’s happening?
The plugin could install it, actually works, but some things don’t work:

1.I can’t go up every spike. Only the last and through the iApple Podcast feed not with Anchor. ( This Pluguin keeps every new post you publish as a Wordpress entry on border.
2.The option of seeing the image of the miniature podcast in the reproducts is also not possible.

The rest of it works perfectly.
I’d appreciate it for help. I’m very urgent.

This is the first time we have encounter this plugin. We do not have any ideas how the plugin works or what could be the issue. To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

By the way, please make sure that your are up to date. Our latest versions are:

• X theme 7.2.3
• Cornerstone 4.2.3
• WordPress 5.3.2

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
