Problems with social media buttons in footer

[ruthgledhill]

Hi, in my X Theme wordpress site alanfranks.com I have put some social media buttons in the footer and need to update the link to one of them, Instagram. However I am unable to load the customise page of the appearance section. Please advise, thank you.

Hi @ruthgledhill,

Thanks for writing in.

Please share us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

For the meantime, please try to increase your memory allocation.

To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

I hope this helps.

Thanks
