All of a sudden my site using cornerstone is not displaying right on Safari. the margins look fine on Chrome but not safari.

The issue was not caused by Cornerstone but your theme. In desktop / laptop screen widths, the content is not contained unlike in small screen widths. This might not be browser specific. Please contact your theme’s developer.
