Problems With Revolution Slider

Hello,

We use an Integrity Theme. It has a big slider at the top. Our site was working fine until it encountered a memory error. We fixed that but when we did our slider started having trouble. We have posted this a couple of times and tried everything suggested but nothing works. We are still having issues. I created a slider named Marks. It is simple with just a few slides. When selected it puts an extra slider on our page, just under the correct one. In fact any slider we try and put at the top of the page we get a duplicate or an error of some sort. Can you help?

When in Cornerstone on Home page we get an error… I do not understand as do not work with this a lot.

“You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution slider files js include”

I got a little lost here. Can you help?

In this case, please share us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

Don’t forget to set it in private reply.

You said also that there is script library issues, please remove other JS that you have added.

Not sure how to mark as private. But, I sent a secure note at the bottom of original post. I do not know how to remove or find the Script library issues.

Hi There,

Please, On Revolution Slider - click on Trobulehandling - Troubleshooting and select :

No conflict mode, if that does not solve, try selecting, put JS in the body.

Let us know how it goes!

I tried turning JQUERY No Conflict Mode To OFF. That did not fix the problem. I do not understand “Put JS in the body” I do not know how to find it. After turning JQUERRY No CONFLICT MODE to OFF I went to home page/edit with cornerstone and tried deleting the Row containing the double slider. My slider is gone completely now and I cannot get it back. I have it activated on my home page nut it is gone. HELP! PLEASE!

Okay,

I got my Slider back. The one on top is the one that is part of this Integrity theme. I cannot get rid of the one below. I have tried all that is suggested. Please HELP! Thanks in advance.

Can you try testing one by one these options in Slider Revolution > Global Settings?

None of that worked. I tried deleting the column and row that the extra slider was showing in with Cornerstone and it deleted my main slider at the same time. Even though on the home page under edit, I have it activated and selected ABOVE MASTHEAD.
Now it is gone completely again. I do not understand. I have tried everything that everyone has suggested. So , am I screwed? I guess no one can fix this? Should I get rid of the site and start over? I just want the Revolution Slider I named “Marks” to appear above the Masthead as it used to, as it is suppose to for the Integrity Theme we have loaded. How do I get it all back to normal. Please let me know if you think this cannot be fixed so I can delete the site totally and start over.

Hey There,

I have logged in and changed the global settings of the plugin. I used this: https://prnt.sc/ilkz2o
I cleared my browser cache and tested the site again. This time around the slider is showing already.
