Problems with Menu button on cellphones

I’m using Wordpress Theme X and editing my site in cornerstone.

After updating Theme X and cornerstone, my menu button appears on my site but when clicking on the menu on the mobile site, it doesn’t show the menu options.

I have updated to the last X theme and Cornerstone versions.

I checked all the common issues that you suggested and found that the problem is with Cornerstone.

What should I do?

I tried to access your site dashboard but the given login URL is redirecting to the 404 page and the default login URL is not working as well. Please share the correct login URL so that we can check it on our end.

In which country are you accessing the web?
My hosting provider prevents access from countries outside Spain, to avoid attacks.
I have to temporaly allow access from your country

Hi Luis,

Please note that we are from different parts of the world and most of us have a dynamic IP so we can’t provide a specific ID address to you for whitelisting.
