Problems with full screen header

hi there,

i have a problem with a full screen header (header_home) i made on the startpage (home).
when the browser or screen resolution is under 550px height, the content of the header does not shrink. the bar 2 slides over bar 1 (wich is the menu) and the startscreen looks very strange.

anything i did wrong?

(login in secure note)

thanks in advance

ps: this is also a problem on mobile devices when device is rotaed (90 °) it lookes not good

Hello Harald,

Thanks for writing in!

I have logged in and checked your site. It seems that you already resolved the issue. I can see that you have 4 bars and that only two of the bars were displaying in specific screens. The other two displays in smaller screens. This is what I am see in smaller screens below 550px:

If you still need help, please give further clarifications and maybe some screenshots too.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Thanks for your answer. The problem is still there, if you rotate your mobile device 90 degree (wide view) then you got this:

If device is not rotated it is ok,like you said above.

The same on desktop. Open the site in a browser, make the browser smaller then 550px in HEIGHT (not width) then you see a nearly same problem like above.

Hope you see now what my problem is. Thanks again
Cheers

H,

I tried in mobile but could not replicate the issue. May I know what device you are checking it with.

hi,

thanks for the video. i checked it with a xiaomi redmi note 5 pro with firefox and built in browser. the problem is: in normal view it is the mobile version of the site. when i rotate the device, the “normal” desktop site is shown…
is there any work around to avoid this? checked it today with a few other phones (samsung s9, honor 8x, iphone7 : theproblem is just on the xiaomi phone)

but on desktop there is a problem:
when i make the height of the browser smaller it looks strange:

thanks again for your help

Hi,

Please note that responsive behavior are triggered by width and not by height. Your browser test is not valid as that size is not a standard size and is not being use on mobile devices.

You can try to enable responsive text to you main headline.

Please check link below for your guide.

Hope that helps

hi,
