Problems with Cornerstone not loading after update

Hi there - this seems to be a common problem after the update - Cornerstone is not loading pages for editing. I’ve followed all the recommendations previous posts, and changed my Cloudflare settings as suggested (https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/).

I’m still getting stuck on this page.

• We’d recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP if you haven’t done so already. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

If you are unsure about your PHP memory limit, you may get in touch with your host and confirm it from them.

• If you are still seeing an issue, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi there - the PHP memory was adjusted as you recommended through my host. I also checked all the plugins and there is no conflict. I’m still having the problem. Please advise.

As stated above - I already made these changes and even posted this exact same link to show that I already made these changes.
I am STILL experiencing the problem and cannot edit any of my pages with Cornerstone.
Is anyone able to help?

So I tried following the directions in this post to delete cornerstone and X theme, and reinstall (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-sections-do-not-display-correctly/36859).
However now I’m stuck at the point to validate Cornerstone. I inputed my license number and received this error:

“We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”

It’s the same license code in Envato and Apex so I’m not sure why it isn’t working.
So now not only was Cornerstone not working, but now I can’t even active X theme on my website and have to run it in maintenance mode.

Hi There,

Your license is for X, but your site is not using X. If you use X and activated it, you’ll get the bundled Cornerstone.

However, you’re not using X theme, so you should have a separate license for standalone Cornerstone.

Regarding the loading issue, please login back to your CloudFlare dashboard and turn OFF the Rocket Loader feature.

Then purge the entire CloudFlare caching and all your caching/optimizer/minifier plugins and your browser’s cache as well.
