Problems updating to X 6.4.6

Hi,

I’ve just manually updated my X version from 6.3.8 to 6.4.6. I could not see this in the Validation>Automatic Updates section so I uploaded it via FTP. (Is there a reason I don’t see the automatic updates?).

However, once the upload process is done and the folder renamed, I see this error when I try to open my website (thetap.in).

Hello Ramya,

Please make sure that you have uploaded the complete X package file. You can download it from your dashboard.

Also, please make sure to also update Cornerstone to the latest version.

As for the automatic updates, please try removing the licenses. Here are steps in Revoking a licenses:

Revoke the license in the X Admin Page

If you are not seeing the revoke validation option on the top of the page, try scrolling to the most bottom part of the page.

Update the domain attached to the license
