Hi the New home page of my site is not saving - can you help

I checked your website Dashboard I have fixed your issue. Now you can edit your page easily. I have tested it on your server and it is working fine. I have created a Test page at your website and It working fine.

It was a cache and JS/CSS minification issue. You have installed the WP Fastest Cache plugin and this plugin cache and JS/CSS minification were not allowing you to render your changes on the frontend.

Please make sure whenever you deactivate the Cache plugin You should always clear all the cache.
I just activated the plugin and purge all the cache and then deactivated again.

You must perform the plugin conflict troubleshooting steps before posting a new thread.

Please note that we do not provide third-party plugin support It is out of the support scope.

Hi - have checked this morning and it still takes 8 - 12 attempts to save. THe developer seems to think it could be to do with woo commerce? Pls advise.

Hi David,

I have tested in different ways but didn’t replicate the issue. The following steps have been done for testing:

  1. Created a New Page through the editor and saved – works properly
  2. Edited the same page through the Content Builder and saved the changes – works properly.
  3. Created a new page using Content Builder and saved – works properly.

If the above steps are not what you are trying to point out, please clarify the steps through which the issues can be replicated. As my colleague suggested please check the Plugin Conflict Issues too.
