Problems installing Pro

Hi, I’ve just purchased pro but I’m having trouble uploading it. I downloaded the file but it didn’t download as a zip. It looks like the zip has been opened after download and there isn’t a zip file. I’m using Mac

Now I’m getting this message Destination folder already exists. /home/hp3-linc5-nfs1-x/583/1345583/user/htdocs/wp-content/themes/pro/

Hi There,

Please login to your FTP account using FileZilla app(https://filezilla-project.org/download.php).

Then rename the htdocs/wp-content/themes/pro/ folder to htdocs/wp-content/themes/pro.old/.

After that upload your pro folder from your computer.

Thank you but now getting

Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

I’ve tried uploading via FTP but the theme isn’t appearing in wordpress despite appearing to upload successfully into filezilla

Would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Now having more problems…the header builders won’t work. Wish I’d just stuck to X

I’ve updated WordPress to the latest stable version and this fixed this issue.
