Problems activating themeco license after we changed the subdomain. When we unlocked the license, switched to the other subdomain and reregistered, the server had a 500 (weeks ago). Our themeco dashboard shows, that the license is correctly bound to that new subdomain but in wordpress, themeco shows a warning that it is not activated. If i enter the license key in wordpress, it the redirects me to the theme.co website, where i login and then it says https://theme.co/undefined Oh my. It looks like this page has been lost

There might be a few different reasons for this issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

we have looked at the troubleshooting tips and we made sure those are not the reason for the problem.
i can give you the license key that we use, and then are redirect to the theme.co/undefined url, which definitely is a problem with your website.
We will under no circumstances give you the credentials for our wordpress instance.

I can see the license attached to your Themeco Account, but we need to investigate it through your WordPress admin dashboard and what is going on at your end. For that, we required the WordPress admin credentials. If you have any problem sharing it, you can create a staging environment by copying your live site to a staging server.
And give us access to the secure note, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
