Problem with x theme

We are having a lot of problems with the x theme because a dev added custom code to the main theme (instead of creating a child theme). Does anyone know how I can fix this or know any web devs who are experts in x theme who could help?

I would suggest you move all the files from the parent theme to the child theme that you edited. For that, I would suggest you contact a developer who can assist you with your concern. Please note that we don’t provide custom development or customized theme support. It is out of the support scope.
