Problem with Woocommerce page navigation shortcode in Cornerstone

Hi there,

I have a small issue. I use this shortcode inside a raw element on the Sale page (also tried a text-element, same problem):
[products limit=“3” columns=“4” orderby=“latest” on_sale=“true” paginate=“true”]

The problem is that the pagination is not responding. The url however is correct.
This happens on desktop and mobile.

When I use the shortcode directly in a page (without Cornerstone) it works fine.

Thanks for reaching out.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues:

1. CSS/JS Customization
2. Testing for Plugin conflict
3. Child Theme Issue

If you find any issues that are related to any 3rd Party plugin(s), I would suggest you contact the author in that case.
If that does not help you, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
