Problem with visual composer after last update

hi, I’ve updated my theme after a while and now the visual composer is not responding as expected as you can see in this picture,

I’ve been trying many options like rollback the updates for theme or plugins but nothing… please, any help on this?

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the problem without investigating your website. Can you please share the website URL and if it is required login to access, please provide the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Aby specific page where you are having this issue.
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

hi, I managed to solved the problem, I can’t say exactly how but rolling back and then updating step by step. I had to redo some pages but…it works for now. Thanks!
