Hello!

I have a problem with the video. I hear the sound but I do not see the video. Can someone tell me what’s going on.

Thanks for writing in! Using your video, I have tested it on my local install and I could not replicate the issue.

Did this happen after the updates? Please clear your caches and test your site again. If nothing is helping, please provide us access to your site so that we can thoroughly investigate your issue.

Would you mind providing a screenshot? I can’t find which page has this issue. I also checked the source code and there is no video or audio embed code.

Hey @petros23,

I changed your video setup with the Video Player shortcode for now so we could clearly see where the video in your page is.

I see that the video plays but it’s hidden.

There’s a script conflict with The Grid so I disabled the loading of its scripts globally.

It now works.
