Problem with validation after site migration

Can’t validate after migrating to a new host:
" Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account."

I’ve tried everything in the documentation.

Thanks for writing to us.
In your WP Admin menu, go to X > Validation . If you’re in a laptop, scroll way down and you’ll see this

After that go to this link: https://theme.co/apex/licenses, then change the website URL.

The given credentials has a limited privileges. Can you please make it a SuperAdmin so that we can check out all your settings.

Hi @gjamesmoore,

Since your installation is a multi-site, you should validate the license code to your main website, instead of https://thenewnine.com/ you should assign it to https://sites2.adsurgent.com/, I went ahead and update your account and then https://thenewnine.com/ is now validated.
