I just purchased the theme and activate it
after I insert the license key ive be unable to make the pro upgrade because the screen freazing when trying to fill credit card lines /checkout page is not responding!!!

Try using incognito/private mode of your browser where there is no cache and browser add-ons involve.
How to set browser to Incognito or private mode
