Problem with Under Construction Plugin

UPDATE: It seems to be working now. I did nothing to change it.

Hi there. I downloaded, activated, and enabled the Under Construction plugin but it does not seem to be working. I have checked it in a second browser where I am not logged in and on 3 different devices. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Here is a screenshot.

Please advise. Thank you!

Sorry for the delayed reply, it could be a caching related. Please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating/changes so it will take effect immediately.
